Client Service Placement – 12‑Month Program

About the role

Join AlphaSights as a Client Service Placement for a 12‑month program starting September 2027. You will act as the primary link between clients and experts, supporting investors, strategists and dealmakers at top‑tier organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Own expert communications, including phone screening and negotiating to secure optimal matches for client requests.
• Understand project, market, legal and regulatory contexts for both clients and experts.
• Leverage AI‑powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify relevant experts.

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Eager to upskill on new tech‑enabled workflows, including AI tools.
