College Services Officer – Student Engagement & Administration

About the role
The College Services Officer will be at the heart of student engagement and administration for Birmingham City University International College. You will support the full student life‑cycle, from arrival to graduation, ensuring a high‑quality experience for a diverse student body.
Key responsibilities
- Handle front‑line and online student communications.
- Organise student events, activities and accommodation logistics.
- Manage student voice initiatives and support enrolment processes.
- Respond to academic enquiries and assist with examination procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and smooth operational workflows.
Required profile
- Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in a busy, customer‑oriented environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
- Excellent administration skills and strong IT literacy.
- Team‑player attitude with a flexible, "can‑do" mindset.
