Commercial Legal Counsel – Remote (UK)

About the role

Kuberno is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join its fast‑growing SaaS business. The role offers high autonomy and direct collaboration with the CEO and CLO, focusing on commercial contracting and supporting the company’s global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and partners.
• Support sales, operations and customer teams during contract negotiations and onboarding.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice on commercial, operational and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align legal strategy with business objectives.
• Help develop and improve legal processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with a commercial mindset and experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Comfortable working independently and making pragmatic judgement calls.
• Strong negotiation skills without being adversarial.
• Ability to work closely with non‑legal teams and influence decisions.
• Willingness to take ownership of legal matters in a fast‑growing company.
