About the Role
Join a leading financial institution as a Commercial Relationship Manager specializing in Asset Finance Lombard. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by originating, developing, and nurturing high-value client relationships through tailored financial solutions.
Main Missions
- Execute strategic contact plans to generate new business volume and expand the client base.
- Analyze and understand complex client needs to structure bespoke asset finance solutions.
- Proactively manage and grow existing client portfolios through recurring sales and referral promotion.
- Deliver high-quality client service primarily via telephone-based advisory.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on business development and growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable in a phone-based advisory environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model (Rotherham office up to 2 days per week).
- Goal-oriented professional with a proactive approach to meeting targets.
