Communications Assistant

About the role

The award‑winning placemaking and design consultancy is seeking a creative Communications Assistant to help shape its digital and brand presence. You will support storytelling, digital media, and campaigns focused on climate resilience, nature recovery, regeneration and social equity.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging written, visual and video content.
• Support and shape digital strategy and website development.
• Manage timely and impactful social media content.
• Help evolve brand identity and editorial tone.
• Assist studios and teams with storytelling and communications.
• Explore new platforms and opportunities to grow reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a journalistic mindset.
• Experience across social media platforms and video editing software.
• Graphic design skills, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of SEO and content optimisation.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Collaborative and creative approach with interest in sustainability and social impact.
• Proactive attitude, sound judgement and a sense of humour.
