Corporate Finance Manager – Real Estate (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to support a real‑estate business on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The successful candidate will own and deliver transaction processes across buy‑side, sell‑side and financing workstreams, reporting regularly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead buy‑side acquisitions, sell‑side disposals and financing/refinancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage transaction programmes, setting milestones, timelines and workstreams.
• Coordinate financial, tax, technical and legal due‑diligence processes.
• Manage relationships with advisors, brokers, lenders, investors and legal counsel.
• Review due‑diligence findings, identify risks and support commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate transaction, financing and legal terms to achieve successful deal outcomes.
• Prepare transaction analyses, including sources & uses, fund flows, financing structures and returns assessments.
• Support debt‑raising and refinancing, engaging lenders and reviewing term sheets.
• Prepare and present materials for investor and board approvals.
• Facilitate execution, signing, drawdown and closing activities.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, risks and key decisions.

Required profile

• ACA or CAANZ qualification with corporate finance / M&A experience.
• Demonstrated experience in real‑estate transactions.
• Available at short notice and holds a valid visa for at least six months.
• Strong ability to quickly understand transactions and deliver from day one.
