Corporate Tax Senior / Assistant Manager – Hybrid Working

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior or Assistant Manager to join our growing tax team in London. The role offers a blend of compliance responsibility and advisory work, with hybrid working flexibility and a clear progression path within a modern, commercially‑focused practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full corporate tax compliance cycle for a diverse client portfolio.
• Review corporation tax computations, returns and work prepared by junior staff.
• Support managers and partners on corporate tax advisory projects, including planning and restructuring.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide technical advice to clients.
• Liaise directly with clients, HMRC and other professional advisers.
• Oversee workflow, deadlines and client expectations while mentoring junior tax professionals.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional with experience at Senior or Assistant Manager level in corporate tax.
• Proven ability to handle complex corporate tax matters and client relationships.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
