Credit Analyst

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, international Shared Service Centre as a Credit Analyst. You will help manage credit across a large client portfolio, ensuring cash is collected, allocated and reconciled accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve outstanding balances for a high‑volume client base.
• Liaise with external clients and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
• Allocate and reconcile cash receipts, maintaining data integrity.
• Produce regular credit reports and support month‑end closing activities.
• Identify root causes of credit issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in finance, accounts, shared services or transactional finance.
• Experience in a high‑volume environment is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas).
