About the role
Join JoJo as a part‑time Customer Advisor, working 15 hours per week across three 5‑hour shifts. You will be the friendly face of the store, delivering the high‑level service JoJo is known for while supporting our omni‑channel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in‑store, offering product advice and helping with purchases such as maternity wear, baby carriers and clothing.
- Prepare and ship omni‑channel orders, including Ship‑from‑Store and Click‑and‑Collect services.
- Handle phone and in‑store enquiries related to online orders.
- Maintain store presentation standards and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through digital learning platforms.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales.
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic, listening‑first approach.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Team‑oriented mindset and respect for colleagues.
Required skills
- Competent IT skills and ability to learn new retail systems quickly.
