Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Canary Wharf)

About the role

Join Santander’s Retail Banking team in Canary Wharf as a Customer Experience Advisor. You will be the friendly face and voice of the branch, helping customers with transactions, technology assistance, and fraud protection while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch and over the phone.
• Process day‑to‑day transactions, answer queries and provide product information.
• Handle inbound calls to the contact centre and resolve customer issues.
• Build relationships, identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Santander’s services and products.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work flexibly on a rota, Monday to Saturday, 8 am‑6 pm.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑skilled environment.
