Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Lisburn Branch)

About the role

Join Santander’s Lisburn branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, working 31.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule. You will be the friendly face and voice of the bank, helping customers with transactions, technology, and fraud protection while delivering a high‑quality, customer‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch and over the phone.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and service requests.
• Answer customer calls routed to the contact centre.
• Build relationships and find tailored solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services to support customers effectively.
• Identify and propose improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Flexible and adaptable, able to work a rotating schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 8 am‑6 pm).
• Comfortable undertaking a broad range of activities in a busy branch environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
