About the role
As a Customer Experience Specialist you will join VodafoneThree’s Consumer team in Newbury, helping to shape the way customers interact with one of the UK’s biggest mobile network providers. Working hybrid, you will combine office collaboration with remote flexibility to deliver outstanding service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality assistance to customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop data‑driven propositions.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of customer‑focused campaigns and communications.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Based in or willing to work in Newbury, with a hybrid schedule (2‑3 days onsite).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑moving environment.
