Customer Service Administrator (French & Dutch)

About the role
Resideo is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Administrator to join its support team in Motherwell, Scotland. Working full‑time on a hybrid schedule, you will be the primary point of contact for French‑ and Dutch‑speaking customers, handling enquiries by phone and email.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with orders, returns, shipping queries and issue resolution.
- Process order modifications, cancellations and returns in line with company policy.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and sales teams.
- Collaborate with Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers and Product Managers to resolve complex issues.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and Dutch; basic English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office computer applications.
