About the role

Resideo is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Administrator to join its support team in Motherwell, Scotland. Working full‑time on a hybrid schedule, you will be the primary point of contact for French‑ and Dutch‑speaking customers, handling enquiries by phone and email.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with orders, returns, shipping queries and issue resolution.
  • Process order modifications, cancellations and returns in line with company policy.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers and Product Managers to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

  • Fluent in French and Dutch; basic English communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with standard office computer applications.
