About the role
Colorcon is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Services Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between its customers and internal departments. The role ensures a seamless, positive experience across all touchpoints, supporting enquiries via phone, email and chat while reinforcing customer loyalty and commercial growth.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email and live‑chat in French and English.
- Track and follow‑up on open queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Quality, Regulatory and Technical to provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance service quality.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer‑focus with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
