About the role
Join Santander’s Belfast Contact Centre as a Customer Service Advisor supporting Everyday Banking customers. You will be the first point of contact, delivering empathetic phone support while handling a high volume of inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide immediate assistance.
- Process day‑to‑day transactions, queries and service requests.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Help keep customers and the bank safe by following security procedures.
- Build relationships, identify solutions and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
- Develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services to better serve customers.
Required profile
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Empathetic, problem‑solving attitude.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (Shift A or Shift B) and occasional Saturdays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑skilled environment.
