Customer Service Assistant

About the role

You will work on the shop floor delivering a friendly, efficient customer experience. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth parking, trolley availability, correct stock placement, timely deliveries and courteous payment handling.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain tidy parking areas and ensure easy trolley access
• Assist customers throughout the store with a helpful attitude
• Keep stock in the right place and replenish as needed
• Process deliveries promptly and accurately
• Handle payments with a smile and professionalism
• Support overall store operations and cleanliness

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar customer‑facing role is preferred
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Willingness to follow training and development opportunities
• Capability to work on‑site in a retail environment
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required
