Customer Service & Events Assistant - Night Shift

About the Role

Join Vita Student and play a key role in delivering a premium 'home-from-home' experience for our residents. As a Customer Service & Events Assistant for the night shift, you will be the face of our community, ensuring safety, comfort, and a vibrant atmosphere during the evening and night hours.

Main Missions

• Provide a high-end welcome to residents and guests, managing inquiries with professionalism and a personalized touch.
• Ensure the excellence of our facilities by maintaining and cleaning common areas during night hours.
• Conduct regular site patrols (every 4-6 hours) to ensure security and safety compliance.
• Manage logistics including parcel reception and restocking of consumables (coffee, tea, beverages).
• Act as a first responder for any incidents or emergencies occurring on-site.
• Drive community engagement by organizing and hosting student events such as cocktail evenings, workshops, yoga sessions, and game nights.
