About the Role
Join the dynamic Student Services team at North Lindsey College as a Customer Services Assistant. As the primary point of contact for students, applicants, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in shaping the first impression of our institution while providing essential support to our academic community.
Main Missions
- Act as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and colleagues via face-to-face, telephone, email, and digital platforms.
- Provide high-quality customer service, offering accurate information, guidance, and support to students and applicants.
- Manage diverse administrative tasks, including issuing ID badges, updating student records, and processing payments.
- Handle formal requests such as references and ensure all documentation complies with data protection (GDPR) requirements.
- Support large-scale college activities, including open days, enrollment periods, and peak activity cycles.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to the financial support team when required.

- Strong multitasking abilities to manage administrative duties during high-pressure periods.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, permanent position.
