Customer Success Coordinator

About the Role

Join a leading UK-based IT services provider dedicated to excellence and innovation. As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our industry-leading CSAT scores (over 95%) by ensuring our clients receive seamless, high-quality support and proactive service management.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and rapid response to inquiries.
• Analyze client needs and coordinate closely with internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Manage escalations effectively to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Prepare and facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and coordinate service deliveries.
• Oversee hardware logistics, including the coordination of equipment deliveries, returns, and stock management.
• Manage offboarding processes and maintain precise documentation and tracking sheets.
• Ensure clear, professional, and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account coordination, or a client-facing IT support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to bridge the gap between clients and technical teams.
• A proactive mindset with a high attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Doncaster.
