Daily Supply Teaching Assistant – East London (Flexible)

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to provide daily supply cover across primary schools in East London. The role offers flexible, term‑time work for candidates who enjoy supporting children’s learning in a classroom setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum and completing tasks.
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver lessons and activities.
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support where needed.
- Help manage behaviour and maintain an organised learning environment.
- Support children with additional needs as directed.
Required profile
- Previous experience with children in a school, childcare or youth setting.
- Positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
