About the role
This role leads the design and execution of service‑mapping and strategy initiatives for Mastercard’s Real‑Time Payments portfolio. You will work across product, engineering, risk and business teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve system resilience, customer experience and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and drive the strategy for service resilience and technology transformation across the live‑markets RTP portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data into intelligence that supports operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed service maps linking contracts, technology, people, data, infrastructure and processes.
- Identify gaps in resilience, propose improvements and report progress to senior leadership.
- Support business functions in owning, managing and reporting their operational performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in data‑driven analysis within large‑scale payment or financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of operational resilience frameworks and service‑mapping concepts.
- Ability to work with product, engineering, risk and business stakeholders to influence strategy.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to senior leaders.
