Delivery & Solutions Manager

About the role

The Delivery & Solutions Manager will support the delivery of targeted data and technology initiatives across the portfolio, reporting to the Group Head of Delivery & Portfolio. The role blends business analysis and project management, ensuring high‑quality requirements definition and process documentation while acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of technology initiatives, tracking progress, risks and dependencies.
• Maintain delivery artefacts such as plans, RAID logs and status updates, and support governance processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, document user stories and functional/non‑functional requirements, and ensure traceability to business objectives.
• Conduct process mapping (as‑is and to‑be), identify inefficiencies and support design of improved processes.
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, manage expectations and communicate delivery updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager or hybrid BA/PM role.
• Experience with a range of project methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
• Background delivering technology or transformation initiatives and strong organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering and process mapping with both business and technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong business analysis capability, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Practical project management skills (planning, tracking, risk management).
• Experience in process mapping and improvement.
• Ability to translate between business and technical contexts.
• Technical awareness of data concepts and exposure to modern data platforms or cloud environments.
