About the role
Joining Little Pioneers is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager team in delivering high‑quality early education and care. This full‑time position is based in Birmingham and offers a competitive salary with a range of employee benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive team engagement and maintain outstanding performance outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional care and early education to children, meeting performance targets.
- Support the commercial success of the nursery, fostering positive relationships with families and staff.
Required profile
- Full and relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or above).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Early Years sector.
- Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by employer).
- Strong desire to lead and create first‑class experiences for children, colleagues, and parents.
