About the role
Join our team at Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group. As a Nursery Practitioner Level 2 you will support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children in our Newcastle Jesmond nursery. You will work within a supportive environment that values high‑quality early years education.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required profile
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
