Design Architect – Hospitality & Luxury Residential (London)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Design Architects to join our London studio on an ongoing contract. The role focuses on high‑end hospitality and luxury residential projects, offering the chance to work within a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed design and technical drawing packages for hospitality and luxury residential schemes.
• Produce and coordinate models using Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with external consultants to resolve design and technical issues.
• Maintain high standards of drawing quality, accuracy and presentation.
• Take ownership of project packages within the studio environment.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered Architect (or equivalent) with Part III qualification.
• Proven experience on luxury hospitality or high‑end residential projects.
• Completed March (Diploma or equivalent) and progressed into practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Working knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
