Designer – Architectural Aluminium & Glazing

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Designer to join our Bradford team. You will create technical drawings, conceptual designs and presentations for architectural aluminium and glazing projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed CAD drawings, 3D models and technical documentation.
• Develop conceptual designs and visual presentations for façade, curtain wall and glazing solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review and verify design proposals for accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building regulations and safety standards, particularly for high‑rise projects.

Required profile

• Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modelling and technical drawing.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and innovative design thinking.
• Understanding of façade engineering, Eurocode structural design and compliance standards.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in the architectural aluminium or glazing sector is a plus.
