DevOps Engineer – AWS, Serverless & CI/CD

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a small, dynamic DevOps team within a leading music‑technology organisation. You will support and evolve an AWS‑first estate that processes millions of transactions annually, working in a hybrid model based in Central London.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket across ~500 micro‑service repositories.
• Design, implement and manage serverless solutions with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, SNS, SQS and ECS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with CloudFormation and container orchestration with Docker.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable releases and support the modernisation of the platform.
• Monitor and optimise performance of services on Linux, Snowflake and related data stores.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Interest in music, media or related technology.
