Digital Content Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Content Marketing Executive to lead the creation and execution of short‑form video and copy across multiple client accounts. The role is hands‑on, from concept through to publishing, and sits at the heart of our agency’s creative output.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content ideas that capture attention and drive engagement for a variety of brands.
• Shoot, edit and optimise short‑form video that stands out on social platforms.
• Write compelling copy that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage the end‑to‑end creative process, ensuring timely delivery for multiple client projects.
• Analyse performance data and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Strong visual storytelling ability with a focus on scroll‑stopping short‑form video.
• Confident copywriter who can craft messages that evoke emotion.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable reviewing metrics and acting on insights.
• Ability to juggle several client accounts in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Ready to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, with three days on‑site per week and occasional evenings, weekends or travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
