Influencer & Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Influencer & Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our creator ecosystem. Based in Leeds, you will own the influencer community, drive affiliate revenue and manage paid partnerships across both men’s and women’s product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and grow a gifted influencer community of around 120 creators, ensuring strong engagement and brand alignment.
• Handle day‑to‑day communication with creators, including gifting, content guidelines, timelines and performance feedback.
• Build long‑term relationships with influencers to support brand advocacy and retention.
• Develop and scale affiliate revenue across platforms such as LTK, AWIN and LoudCrowd.
• Recruit, onboard and manage affiliate influencers across multiple tiers, tracking performance and optimising commission structures.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce and marketing teams to align campaigns with trading priorities.
• Source, negotiate and manage paid influencer partnerships for both female and male talent.
• Manage budgets, contracts, deliverables and reporting for paid campaigns.
• Build and manage partnerships with Pilates studios and women’s gyms, creating activations, discount codes and in‑studio content.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer, affiliate or creator programmes.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with creators and brand partners.
• Ability to analyse performance data and optimise revenue streams.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.

• Experience with affiliate platforms such as LTK, AWIN and LoudCrowd.
