Digital Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Digital Designer to join Condé Nast’s marketing team in London. You will work closely with the revenue team and external content creators to uphold brand standards and shape the visual experience across all consumer revenue streams and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑impact visual solutions and new product designs for digital and print.
• Maintain consistent brand standards across websites, social platforms, newsletters, videos and print.
• Commission and create original artwork such as illustrations, infographics, icons and animations.
• Produce creative assets for cross‑channel marketing campaigns, from concept to execution and optimisation.
• Manage workflow and project timelines, collaborating with editorial teams and freelancers.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the digital creative budget.

Required profile

• Strong digital design capabilities with advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of digital channel best practices and optimisation.
• Web design experience and ability to create responsive layouts.
• Video editing and animation skills, preferably with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in product design; print design and shoot direction are a plus.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of design trends and the ability to generate fresh creative ideas.
