Digital Practitioner - Clinical Transformation Specialist

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals (DBTH) to join the CNIO office and the Digital Team. As a Digital Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions across all clinical services and supporting the large-scale EPR deployment.

Main Missions

• Support the implementation and embedding of the DBTH digital transformation strategy across the Trust.
• Provide hands-on clinical support to various departments during digital rollouts and system deployments.
• Produce high-quality, Trust-wide documentation and training materials to facilitate digital adoption.
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams, IT departments, and external vendors to deploy new technologies, including mobile solutions and Electronic Patient Records (EPR).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient safety, quality of care, and the overall patient experience through digital innovation.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a clinical background with an active professional registration.
• Proven experience in training and supporting large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple hospital sites and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to digital change management within a healthcare setting.
