About the role
Corndel is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the development and management of its market‑leading AI‑focused training programmes. You will own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, delivery and continuous improvement, working closely with curriculum experts and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Drive commercial success and regulatory compliance of the Automation with AI (AA4) and Business Impact with AI (AI4) programmes.
- Plan, build and continuously improve digital apprenticeship products, meeting quality, budget and timeline targets.
- Conduct market intelligence, product scans and competitor analysis to inform product innovation.
- Analyse learner feedback and user research to refine product features and curriculum.
- Manage a dynamic team of curriculum experts and collaborate with operations, marketing, sales and compliance.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of digital apprenticeships and apprenticeship standards.
- Proven people‑management experience, capable of leading curriculum experts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative approach.
- Ability to translate market and learner insights into product improvements.
