Network Educator – Part‑time Fixed‑Term (15 hrs/week)

About the role

The South East Neonatal Operational Delivery Network, in partnership with University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a part‑time Network Educator to support the Qualified in Specialty (QIS) Programme and other regional neonatal education initiatives. This 12‑month fixed‑term role works 15 hours per week and is home‑based, with regular travel across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate neonatal education programmes, including the QIS Programme.
• Support practice learning environments and provide guidance to learners and educators.
• Collaborate with neonatal units, higher‑education institutions and key stakeholders to enhance workforce development.
• Travel throughout the South East to facilitate education delivery, stakeholder engagement and network activities.

Required profile

• Experienced neonatal professional with a passion for education and workforce development.
• Ability to influence regional education strategy and promote evidence‑based neonatal care.
• Strong collaborative skills to work with clinical teams, academic partners and NHS organisations.
