Dispenser / Care Navigator

About the role

We are looking for an organised, motivated individual to join our friendly team at Ballachulish Medical Practice. As a Dispenser/Care Navigator you will support patients and clinicians by delivering high‑quality dispensary, reception and administrative services in a rural community setting.

Key responsibilities

• Process prescriptions, manage stock control and oversee the dispensing collection service.
• Book appointments, handle patient enquiries, file electronically, retrieve results and perform general office tasks such as data entry, record management, typing and banking.
• Participate in the dispensary and admin rota, provide holiday cover and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.
