DS Concierge

About the role

The DS Concierge role supports Stellantis customers by gathering market insights, answering enquiries and delivering accurate quotations. Full product training is provided, so prior automotive experience is not required as long as you have strong communication skills and a drive to hit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collect customer and market data to understand needs.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve objections.
• Provide precise quotations and cost calculations.
• Promote supplementary services, including financing options.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Determination to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive product training.
