EMEA Sales Manager

About the role

Sanity.io is scaling its AI‑powered Content Operations platform and needs a leader to build and grow a high‑performing sales team across EMEA. You will own new‑logo growth, coach Account Executives, and create a disciplined outbound motion that delivers predictable pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Account Executives across multiple EMEA markets, setting clear expectations and providing the resources they need to succeed.
• Build and strengthen the outbound sales motion, ensuring consistent prospecting, pipeline coverage, and deal progression across regions such as London, Munich and Stockholm.
• Maintain rigorous forecasting by monitoring conversion metrics and intervening early when pipeline coverage is weak.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Enablement to align pipeline strategy, sharpen messaging for EMEA buyers, and equip the team with the right tools.
• Gather and relay customer and market insights from the region to senior leadership to shape go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years managing Enterprise Account Executives in B2B SaaS or tech, with proven success selling across EMEA markets.
• Experience recruiting, developing and retaining high‑performing sales talent across different countries and cultures.
• Track record of designing and executing structured outbound pipeline processes that scale in a distributed team.
• Strong forecasting discipline and a history of consistently hitting quota.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment and to build systems that make sales performance predictable.
