Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects in the Social Care or Hospitality vertical.
• Partner with marketing and sales to craft compelling outreach strategies.
• Make outbound calls to senior contacts (Directors, C‑Suite) and run discovery calls.
• Experiment with messaging and content across all funnel stages.
• Arrange meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
• Collaborate closely with seasoned professionals invested in your success.
• Represent Sona at events and trade shows to meet current and future customers.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months experience in a sales development role at a tech or software company.
• Ambitious, resilient, and passionate about career growth.
• Comfortable cold‑calling senior decision‑makers.
• Motivated by hitting targets and capable of self‑direction.
• Curious about sales psychology and continuously testing messaging.
