Enterprise Architect – Microsoft Azure (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to lead the enterprise technology strategy for a rapidly growing organisation in the Midlands. The role will be hybrid, combining office collaboration with remote work, and will report directly to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the Enterprise Architecture strategy.
• Develop a long‑term technology roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Lead architecture across Microsoft Azure and enterprise cloud platforms.
• Shape future enterprise applications and modernise existing technology.
• Design scalable integration strategies using APIs, Azure Integration Services and cloud‑native technologies.
• Drive architecture across AI, Microsoft Copilot, automation and emerging technologies.
• Establish architecture governance, standards and best practice.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend future investment.
• Work closely with executive stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into technology solutions.
• Partner with software engineering, data, infrastructure and delivery teams to ensure architectural consistency.
• Act as a trusted technology adviser to senior business leaders.

Required profile
