About the role
Appcast is expanding its European business and is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join the UK team. Based in London, you will work on a hybrid schedule, combining office time with remote work, and report directly to the VP Sales – UK.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively generate and close new enterprise business through prospecting, outreach, and strategic sales activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing complex, high‑value deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and data‑driven selling.
Required profile
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of new business acquisition and exceeding sales targets in complex sales environments.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
