Entertainment & Experience Manager

About the role

The Entertainment & Experience Manager will own the day‑to‑day operation of a flagship venue, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding service while driving revenue and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team focused on guest experience.
• Drive revenue, profitability and KPI performance through commercial leadership.
• Create a customer‑first culture where service excellence is central.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver engaging entertainment, events or experiential activities.
• Analyse performance data, customer feedback and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, safety, compliance and operational execution.
• Recruit, coach and develop talent, fostering an engaged team culture.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding customer experiences and commercial success.

Required profile

• Current experience in a senior entertainment, experience, guest experience, operations, venue or hospitality management role.
• Proven track record of leading teams in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and profitability.
• Excellent communication and people‑development skills.
