About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, and holiday packages.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and deliver excellent service.
• Research destinations and recommend options that fit client needs and budgets.
• Manage multiple client requests accurately.
• Stay up‑to‑date with travel promotions, trends, and supplier offerings.

Required profile

• Customer service, travel, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Must be 18 + with a computer and reliable internet access.
