About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to lead residential property sales and listings. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential properties and is ready to step up to a senior management position.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales of residential properties, managing the full sales cycle from valuation to closing.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue generation.

Required profile

Previous experience in estate agency, preferably in senior roles such as Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer/Lister, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager.
Demonstrated success in residential property sales, valuation and listings.

What we offer

Basic salary £25,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car.
On‑target earnings of £50,000–£55,000.
Initial salary guarantee for the first 6 months.
Working hours: Mon‑Fri 9:00‑17:30, Sat 9:00‑17:00 (every other Saturday off).
Annual leave starting at 33 days, increasing with service.
