Estate Agent Sales Manager – Residential Property Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Manager to lead residential property sales and listings in Haywards Heath. You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while working within a supportive specialist recruitment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a sales pipeline for residential properties.
• Conduct property valuations, listings, and negotiations with buyers and sellers.
• Lead and mentor a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and place talent within the agency.

Required profile

• Proven track record in estate agency sales, valuation, and listings.
• Current experience as a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager.
• Strong knowledge of residential property markets in the South East of England.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car.
• On‑target earnings of £50,000‑£55,000 per year.
• Six‑month salary guarantee while building your pipeline.
• 33 days annual leave, increasing with service.
• Hybrid working schedule: Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30, alternate Saturdays 9:00‑17:00.
