About the role
This senior sales negotiator position is with a well‑established independent estate agency looking to grow its market share through residential property sales and listings. The role combines client‑facing negotiation, valuation and listing responsibilities within a forward‑thinking team.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and property listings to increase the agency’s market share.
- Maintain high standards of quality and performance across all client interactions.
Required profile
- Proven track record in residential property sales, valuation and listings.
- Current senior role such as Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer/Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager.
- Previous estate agency experience is essential.
What we offer
- Basic salary £22,750 plus £2,000 car allowance.
- On‑target earnings up to £36,750.
- 33 days annual leave, increasing with service.
- Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30 and alternate Saturdays 9:00‑17:00.
