Evening Cleaning Supervisor – Milton Keynes

About the role

We are looking for an Evening Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners in Milton Keynes, working from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Monday‑Friday. The role combines hands‑on cleaning with team management to ensure high‑quality, safe service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cleaning staff, including site inspections.
• Participate in cleaning tasks to set standards and lead by example.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment inventory and staff schedules.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Address feedback, resolve service issues and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience leading a cleaning team.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay organised.
• Calm under pressure and flexible to adapt to changing tasks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health‑and‑safety standards, PPE use and manual handling.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemical safety procedures.
