About the role
A team EA is required for a technology client, joining a close‑knit, collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Directors and wider leadership team, you will provide senior‑level support to the CEO, CFO and COO, managing complex diaries, shifting priorities and high‑level meeting coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Provide senior‑level support to the CEO, CFO and COO, managing complex diaries and shifting priorities.
- Coordinate high‑level meetings, board preparation and presentation production.
- Arrange global travel and itineraries, handling both internal and external events.
- Act as a trusted point of contact and deliver occasional private support.
- Build and improve processes while balancing business support with ad‑hoc delivery.
Required profile
- Personable and relationship‑driven.
- Exceptionally organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, unstructured environment.
- Calm under pressure with a commercial mindset.
- Confident interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Team player who rolls up sleeves and gets stuck in.
