Experienced Litigation Solicitor – London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a growing London‑based law firm. The successful candidate will work autonomously, manage a varied caseload and build strong client relationships within an entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
• Provide strategic legal advice to individual and corporate clients.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare court documentation.
• Handle disputes across commercial, civil and employment law areas.
• Advise clients on settlement strategies and risk management.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations and negotiations.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and collaborate with wider legal teams as needed.

Required profile

• Strong litigation experience with the ability to independently manage a caseload.
• Excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules, pre‑action protocols, Part 36 and costs.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ambitious mindset with a desire to grow professionally.
