Experienced Roofer – Full‑time, £38.5k‑£39.5k

About the role

Join a large, respected contractor based in Woking and start with a company van, fuel card and all essential tools from day one. As a Roofer you will carry out responsive maintenance and repair work on domestic properties, supporting a strong reputation in the housing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance on flat, tiled and slated roofs.
• Inspect roof defects and determine the most effective repair methods.
• Undertake minor carpentry work associated with roofing tasks.
• Perform minor lead or metal flashing works.
• Use a PDA to record job details and progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ trade experience, preferably in repairs or maintenance.
• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations (or equivalent).
• Experience working on flat, tiled and slated roofs.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting.
