Contracts Manager – Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking a Contracts Manager for our West Midlands region, based in Birmingham. The role will oversee all phases of housebuilding projects, from early involvement through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support multidisciplinary staff to build a strong, customer‑focused team, ensuring proper training and utilisation.
• Motivate site teams in line with company ethos and targets.
• Drive planning, procurement, management and control of all project resources.
• Maintain site and development quality to meet customer expectations and market demands.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within housebuilding.
• Natural leader with confidence, drive and the ability to empower and develop team members.
• High determination and self‑discipline to achieve best‑in‑class build products and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to quickly assimilate information and make informed decisions.
