About the role

We are seeking a proactive sales professional with express‑courier experience to lead our Express Commercial Partner programme across the UK and other markets. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with external commercial partners, driving volume and revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, select and manage external commercial partners for the Express project across multiple countries.
  • Drive volume, revenue, share‑of‑wallet and compliance with assigned partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to market Express Services to all customer segments.
  • Support partners, evolve agreements, and handle account issues, terminations and replacements.
  • Analyse market trends, produce accurate reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with the Express Operations Partner on new commercial models, partner identification and negotiations.
  • Coordinate training and development activities for partners.
  • Liaise with IT and Finance to ensure smooth system and payment processes.
  • Partner with CCMB to develop annual marketing campaigns tailored to specific countries and audiences.

Required profile

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years logistics/cargo experience.
  • Proven experience in express sales, commercial management, vendor and performance management, key‑account handling, pricing and RFI/RFQ response.
  • Customer service or call‑centre background preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities with experience creating financial business cases.
  • Demonstrated expertise in legal contracting with partners/clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen to manage internal and external stakeholders.
